There are two remotes: the grey one turns the TV on and off; and the black one controls Sky. The Sky remote also gives you access to Netflix and the BBC iPlayer as well as other catch up services.
Press the Home button on the Sky remote to access the TV Guide, catch up services, and further down on the list Apps which allows you to access Netflix, the iPlayer, and YouTube. We would advise against using your own login credentials as they may be saved.
Eco settings may automatically turn off the Sky box after a period of remote control inactivity.
