Hopefully you won’t need this information but in case of emergency and a need to shut off gas, electricity and/or water this is where the stopcocks and switches can be found:
Gas – in the basement to the right of the door as you enter – key on the back door ring. It is a lever adjacent to the gas meter.
Water – in the basement to the right of the door as you enter – key on the back door ring. It is the upper tap on the pipe running vertically close to the door.
Electricity – in a cupboard beneath the bay window in the front room. It is a switch next to the fuse box and meter.
